Common Microsoft Outlook Email Setup
Information may vary slightly depending on your version of Microsoft Outlook
*REMEMBER: If you are a United Webworks hosting client with email services, you can often retreive your email at www.yourwebsite.com/webmail, EVEN IF your desktop or mobile device is temporarily not delivering email. Your login is your email address. Call 912-231-0016 for lost passwords.

Server or Setup information
Look for any tab or command relating to "Server"
You should have two servers listed, an incoming and outgoing. Be sure you have the following settings applied:
Incoming Server: POP3 mail.unitedwebworks.com
Outgoing Server: SMTP mail.YOURINTERNETPROVIDER.com or .net. For example: mail.bellsouth.net
You can often find the name of this server immediately by googling "email server for MY INTERNET PROVIDER". Most companies will have this available readily online.
