How can I send content, images and other data to United Webworks to use on my site?

We can work with whatever you give us. To get your website looking professional most efficiently, these guidelines can help:

File Types For Best Results:

Text:

• Send a single word (.doc) or Adobe PDF (.pdf) with all your text.
• Label what page you intend that text for at the beginning of the paragraph.
• Do not use bold, italic, underline, colors, or any formatting, if possible, for fastest results.

Images: 

• United Webworks can use your .psd, .ai, .jpg, .gif, .png or .pdf images.
• As a rule, .psd, .ai are more editable and of higher quality, but larger files. A .jpg or .png is a smaller file. All are acceptable.
• It is faster and easier for you to send images that are "web resolution," 72dpi (dots per inch). Most cameras take images at much higher resolutions. If you are able, send web resolution images - however we can use any resoloution image.
   

Sending Files to Us:

For all text files and web resolution images (combined file size less than 5MB):

• put the files you'd like to send in one folder on your computer.
• Right click the folder. 
• In the menu choose "add to archive", "create archive," or "make .zip" file.
• Send the .zip or .rar bundled archive to your Project Manager via email. 

For large images, many images or video (combined file size over 5MB):

• Images may be hosted on Flicr, Picasa, Mediafire or Dropbox where we can download them.
• Video can be uploaded to Youtube and United Webworks can quickly add them to your site. 
• If none of these services are available or desireable, send your CD, DVD or USB* to:
